144 Wellness Wednesday: Pondering the Universe From a Beach Chair

Today is Wednesday, time for a little wellness boost - a shortened episode to keep your Warrior Vibe high.

In this episode, Kathy reflects on a recent beach vacation where she had time to see in a new way – through the eyes of her twin five-year-old great nieces and through the infrared ones attached to the James Webb Space Telescope.

The initial images from the JWST were shared mid-July and gave Kathy a lot to ponder as she sat on her beach chair looking up at the unobstructed sky, imagining the JW observatory floating a million miles away as it orbited around the sun.

Kathy shares three things that came to mind as well as how the experience made her wonder what it would be like to utilize the concept of Universal discovery to explore our inner space.
