Kathy Robinson spent more than 25 years assessing the wellness of Fortune 500 companies. She was a Chief Audit Executive and Chief Risk Officer before turning the lens from professional assessments to personal ones, leaving a long corporate career and transitioning to the next phase of her life.
The launch of Athena Wellness was fueled by Kathy’s passion for wellness, nutrition and exercise. Bridging the worlds of business and wellness as she traveled her own post-corporate path gave her unique insights into how to support other professionals as they navigate their own mid-life transitions and make the shift to what she refers to as “wholehearted living.”
As a certified wellness coach, Kathy takes a holistic approach to optimal well-being that addresses mind, body and spirit. One of her “superpowers” is the ability to make these topics relatable and meaningful for Type-A executives and entrepreneurs, especially those who have maxed out or become burnt out and disconnected.
Clients trust Kathy’s ability to hold the space they need to listen to their inner wisdom. With her expert guidance, they drop deep into exploring their own value, impact and influence – and move forward into a life that is a full expression of themselves.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, Kathy teaches and facilitates online courses based on her wellness methodology and focused on personal transformation. Her latest offering is From Type A to Type Be, How to Mindfully Descend the Corporate Ladder and Invite What’s Next.
