Reimaging Midlife Writing Practice: A virtual circle focused on women’s wellness

 
 

How it works

  • Each week, we gather around the virtual fire and check-in so each voice is heard

  • I introduce the week’s theme and offer prompts to help bring memories and scenes to mind

  • We write quickly for a specific amount of time, bypassing the critic and welcoming whatever arises

  • We read aloud, bearing witness and honoring our collective wisdom

  • I write and read alongside you, unfiltered and imperfect

  • Ten 90 minute weekly sessions $500

    Tuesdays, 12pm or 4pm est

    Starting September 15, 2020

  • If you can write an email or text, you can participate in this virtual circle.  We write free, no need for proper grammar, punctuation or structure.  All you need to do is follow your inner stream of consciousness, trusting the words and ideas that unfold naturally.

Reimaging Midlife Wellness Coaching is a strategic approach to increase vitality through simple wellness practices.  It also works well for those who are interested in attempting a new wellness goal or facing some type of life transition.


How it works
A three-month 1:1 package that includes

  • A pre-program assessment using the Holistic Wellness Spectrum and Wellness Assessment from The Athena Principles methodology to determine your current level of wellness satisfaction (where you are)

  • A 90-minute deep dive strategy session to hone in on an impactful wellness goal and a develop a targeted action plan (where you want to go)

  • Five 45-minute accountability sessions to follow-up on assignments and milestone progress, discuss challenges and address questions

  • Access to an online workspace during the program to ensure action steps are clear and completed prior to each meeting

  • Strategic guidance, encouragement and email support during the program (48-hour response time Monday through Friday)

  • 3 Month 1:1 Coaching $5000
