On the outside, you have it all together, masterfully juggling all that comes your way.  You’re an accomplished professional, devoted to your family, and active in the community. On the inside, things feel a little different . . .

Perhaps you’re tired of saying yes when you mean no, overwhelmed by the volume of life activity, or drained by the monotony of routine that has little to do with the things that bring you joy.  Or perhaps you don’t know what brings you joy these days.

And you’re quite aware you’re not sleeping or moving enough.  Conversely, you may be eating or drinking a little too much. You’re smart enough to know what you need to do, but you don’t have the time to learn how to make an impactful shift.

I understand.

Athena Wellness was founded while I was a corporate executive, wrestling with these quandaries for years. Over time I developed a framework and simple practices that helped me identify and track incremental steps that led to meaningful and lasting change.

I define wellness beyond exercise and nutrition to include mindfulness, creativity, aligned livelihood, inner work, relationships and new adventures. My approach is customized for each client and we’ll focus on the things that matter most to you.

Let’s get started!

Prior to becoming a certified wellness coach and author of The Athena Principles – Simple Wellness Practices for Overworked Professionals, Kathy Robinson spent more than 25 years assessing the wellness of Fortune 500 companies. She was a Chief Audit Executive and Chief Risk Officer before turning the lens from professional assessments to personal ones and began helping her clients optimize their well-being, especially in times of transition or when striving toward new wellness goals. She also teaches and facilitates online offerings based on her wellness methodology that include practices such as writing and meditation.

Kathy practices what she preaches and is passionate about wellness, nutrition and exercise. She believes that a positive attitude is the accelerator that propels us through transformation. You can find her running the trails in northern New Jersey, where she completed her first marathon and ultramarathon at age 54.

I’d love to hear from you!
