How it works

A three-month 1:1 package that includes:

  • A pre-program assessment using The Athena Principles methodology to assess where you are

  • A 90-minute deep-dive strategy session to hone in on an impactful goal and develop a targeted action plan for where you want to go

  • Five 45-minute accountability sessions to follow-up on assignments and milestone progress, discuss challenges and address questions

  • Access to an online workspace during the program to ensure action steps are clear and completed prior to each meeting

  • Strategic guidance, encouragement and email support during the program (48-hour response time Monday through Friday)

  • 3 Month 1:1 Coaching $5000
